Care of you Celebration Cake:

Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. 
Do not store in or on a refrigerator or freezer. 
Do not store in a kitchen or other warm environment. 
Keep separate from strong odours, ie spices.
Best consumed within 4 days of collection date.
Once cut keep exposed sponge covered with cling film to prevent drying.
